The brief: Create an exciting and credible brand identity that would challenge the national providers, Telecom and Vodafone, for customers in Hawke’s Bay. The longer-term vision was to take the brand to other regional centres.
NOW has established itself as a successful challenger in the Hawke’s Bay telco market and has gained considerable customer share. The fantastic results in Hawke’s Bay mean they have been able to roll NOW out to two other regional centres.
NOW is a brand with serious attitude and is well positioned for continued growth.

The brief: To launch the brand, plus a new concept of broadband, calling AND in-home technical support to a brand new region – Tauranga.
Press, social media, outdoor and guerilla advertising teased and revealed, culminating in a grand office opening where there were games and prizes to love, and very little to hate.
